The Tripp Lite P568-15M-FBR is a 15-meter HDMI 2.0 fiber active optical cable engineered to deliver high-speed 4K video at 60Hz. With its robust black finish and fiber optic technology, this cable provides reliable and high-quality video transmission over medium distances, making it ideal for professional AV installations and high-definition media setups.It also supports 4:4:4 chroma subsampling for top-level PC gaming or using your HDTV as a PC monitor, as well as other current HDMI standards, including 3D, 48-bit Deep Color, DTS-HD Master Audio and Dolby True HD.Because the fiber cable is slimmer and more flexible than standard copper HDMI cables, the P568-15M-FBR is easier to install around corners and in hard-to-reach spaces behind equipment. It draws power from the connected device, so no external power supply is needed to transmit the HDMI signal across the longer distances unique to fiber optic cabling. Note: the cable must be installed in the correct direction to function properly, so please check the Source and Display labels on the connectors before installation.
