The TRENDnet TPE-TG81G is an 8-Port Gigabit GREENnet PoE+ Switch designed to meet the demands of small to medium-sized businesses by combining high-speed networking and Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+) technology. With eight Gigabit Ethernet ports, this switch provides data transfer rates of up to 1,000 Mbps, ensuring fast and reliable connectivity for network devices. Four of the eight ports support PoE+, delivering up to 30 watts per port to power devices like IP cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones without requiring separate power supplies.

The switch features a total PoE power budget of 123 watts, allowing multiple PoE+ devices to be powered simultaneously. It also incorporates energy-efficient GREENnet technology, reducing power consumption when devices are idle or when shorter Ethernet cable lengths are used.
