The AddOn GBIC-SXSC-H-AO is a high-performance GBIC transceiver compatible with GarrettCom equipment. Designed for seamless network integration, this transceiver provides 1000Base-SX throughput up to 550 meters over multi-mode fiber (MMF) using an 850nm wavelength via an SC connector. This product guarantees 100% compatibility with GarrettCom transceivers, ensuring identical initialization and performance.

The GBIC-SXSC-H-AO is easy to install and hot-swappable, allowing for quick upgrades or replacements without disrupting network operations. Each transceiver is programmed, uniquely serialized, and rigorously tested for data-traffic and application compliance, providing reliable and consistent performance. The inclusion of Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) support enables real-time access to key operating parameters such as temperature, output power, and input power, which helps in maintaining optimal network performance.
