This cable exceeds the latest release of the CAT 6 draft, and it is ideal for networks of Gigabit Ethernet or above. This cable consists of 8 solid 23 AWG wires and a separator to separate 4 pairs. Plenum rated, Suitable for applications near air-ducts.

Belkin's CAT 6 PVC Solid UTP Bulk Cable is used to connect a network outlet with a patch panel, or to terminate your own patch cords. This cable consists of 8 stranded 24 AWG wires, and is suitable for 10/100/1000BASE-T networks, and 10GBASE-T networks (up to 50 meters).
