It exceeds the performance requirement of Category-5e, and features 50-micron gold plated connectors to insure clean and clear transmission. This cable is also equipped with snagless connector boots to prevent connector damage.Access high-speed networks or the Internet with the Belkin CAT5e Snagless Ethernet Cable. This patch cable lets you connect your laptop or desktop computer to a wall outlet, modem, router, hub or another networking device. It meets the CAT5e standard and is suitable for use with 10/100/1000BASE-T networks. Patch cables are also handy in home offices and hotel rooms to establish a wired Internet connection.The CAT5e Snagless Ethernet Cable features an RJ45 male connector on each end. Internal load bars ensure accurate plug positioning and consistent high performance, while 50-micron gold-plated connectors resist corrosion and wear and deliver a clean, clear signal.
