Overview :

The StarTech SFP-10GB-BX-U-20-ST is a high-performance 10GBASE-BX SFP+ module designed for single-mode fiber (SMF) networking applications. MSA-compliant, it ensures compatibility with various networking equipment from different vendors. This bi-directional module supports a 10 Gbps data rate over a maximum distance of 20 kilometers using a single LC fiber connector. It operates at 1270nm (transmit) and 1330nm (receive), making it ideal for high-speed, long-distance communication in data centers, enterprise networks, and telecom applications.

The SFP-10GB-BX-U-20-ST is a MSA Compliant upstream fiber SFP transceiver which pairs with StarTech.com's SFP-10GB-BX-D-20- ST. They are designed, programmed and tested to work with 10GBase-BX compatible MSA switches and routers. The SFP+ transceiver module supports a maximum distance of up to 20 km (12.4 mi) and delivers dependable 10 GbE connectivity over fiber cabling.
