These switches seamlessly combine matrix switch configurability with Ethernet's scalability, supporting hundreds of AV over IP endpoints at a remarkably lower cost compared to traditional matrix switches. The M4500-32C offers 32 preconfigured 100G ports, while the M4500-48XF8C features 48 preconfigured 10G SFP28 ports with 8 100G QSFP28 uplinks.Designed for Pro AV installations, the M4500 switches come preconfigured out of the box, ensuring true AV and multicast Zero Touch network configuration. They introduce Intelligent IGMP Plus, simplifying system architectures with Layer-2 techniques across the entire AV over IP network, eliminating the need for Layer-3 PIM routing complexity.
