This ThinkStation P620 is driven by a 4.1 GHz AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 5945WX 12-Core processor and 32GB of 3200 MHz DDR4 ECC Registered RAM. The memory comes in a 2 x 16GB configuration and can be upgraded to 1TB by using a 128GB module in each of the eight 288-pin DIMM slots.

For storage of your files, the 1TB M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD offers quick access to your data. For additional internal storage, there is an extra M.2 PCIe 4.0 slot, plus two 3.5" drive bays.
